Several leaves at front waterstained; first frontispiece tender (no flyleaf and also several other blank leaves cut out), both frontispieces trimmed slightly short. Binding with minor defects. Still an acceptable copy. The only Dutch edition of this imaginary travel account to ancient Greece and the Levant, inspired by the Télémaque by François Fénelon (the latter added in the Rotterdam edition, 1725). With another 5 highly diverse works in 4 vols. (total 6 in 5 vols.)
