Printed on heavy paper with wide margins.

Spine expertly restored, boards sl. rubbed/stained, pl. 5 with fold in bottom corner and pl. 7 with some creasing on right, else good copy. Official quotation submitted by French maritime engineer Hildevert Hersent for the French Ministry of Naval Affairs and Colonies. The ministry approved the quotation and construction began on Hersent's docks. Very rare.
