qui indique d'une manière très exacte les routes et stations, ainsi que les distances des principale villes de France, d'Allemagne et des Pays-Bas. Engraved map with coloured outlines by Willem Cornelis van Baarsel (1791-1854), Amsterdam, Evert Maaskamp, (c. 1815), 33.5 x 42.5 cm., printed on cloth, folded in the original chemise and slipcase with printed title label ("... avec les Routes de Postes") on front, 9.5 x 6 cm.

Chemise and slipcase with small tear and discoloured/ foxed, else in very good condition. Fine and relatively early road and postal map, depicting all major cities and the distances between them. The map covers the area between the Paris-Calais line in the west up to the Berlin-Dresden line in the east, and from northern Rostock to southern Augsburg.
