Small folio, vellum, title on spine, 2 metal clasps, wooden boards, later endpapers. Title in red and black with printer's mark, (9),(14),676,(111) pp.; text in two columns. Various ann. mostly with the third (Latin) Register. Some (water)staining, at the beginning pages with minimal wormholes, else a very good copy of the first Dutch printing.
