Letter from his position as Minister of Finances and President of the Amortisatie Syndicaat [financial institution], in which date, location and time of the next meeting of the syndicate are announced; (2-10) Nine documents on paper related to the financial administration of Baron J. de Vinck van Wezel at Antwerp and Baronesse Douarière de Vinck at Brussels, 1820-1853, several with seals, various dimensions; (11) Signed, typed letter from the secretary-general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at The Hague, one side of an A4-sheet, dated 12 January 1920, with subject and affixed the new model of the Philippine flag received from Manilla (minor defects).
