Contains a petition to grant amnesty to Milan Knizak, 'the leading representative of the Happenings-movement in Eastern Europe'. Milan Knizak (1940-) is a Czech performance artist, musician, dissident and founder of the Aktual artist group. In 1965 Maciunas promoted him to Director Fluxus East after which he organized the Fluxus concert in Prague. From 1968 to 1970 he gained a visum for the USA and participated in various New York Fluxus happenings.
