Craner (Essen, Germany, 1918) was an illustrator and advertisement painter. In 1942 he moved to Zaltbommel, in 1951 he emigrated to Canada.
*The illustrations have been carefully selected: boom (tree) for B, fazant (pheasant) for F, hert (deer) for H, uil (owl) for U, slak (snail) for S, but how the image with T relates to the letter...?
