Ben Vautier, ephemera 1967- 1968

Four envelopes mailed to Tjeerd Deelstra containing 17 cards by Ben. Includes 2 red envelopes sent in 1967 from Ben Doute de Tout, Nice. With rubber stamped address of Deelstra (slightly misspelled) in purple ink. The first envelope has 5 cards of various sizes including a small event card 'prendre'. All items have a small pinhole because they were stored on top of an Aubertin piece with a thumbtack sticking out.

The second envelope holds an exhibition announcement for Ben's gallery, plus inserted card. + Two brown envelopes sent in 1968. One with 9 signature Ben text cards plus an announcement for a group show at Restaurant Chez Soumille in Lyon (Forget art, come eat with Ben, Brecht and Filliou). Second envelope has 4 cards. + Ben Doute de Tout postcard sent 1967. Printed text recto, rubberstamped verso with Tjeerd Deelstra's address. Rare early Ben lot. (total 4)
