Bij een vergaedert uyt verscheyde Autheurs door M.V.A. 8vo, halfleather, cased boards. 335 pages numbered in ink (numbering runs from 1 to 275 and then from 246 on to 329) of which 329 (+20) written. The text starts with an introduction: "Van den Aerd-bol in 't gemeyn", then extensively on Europe and European countries and continued with Asia, Africa and South and North America.

The text consists mostly of geographical descriptions and paragaphs on products, customs and religions. It is accompanied by 15 maps, pasted in such a way that the maps can be studied besides the text. Incl. the world map and continents from a Lotter-atlasje, various Vaugondy maps etc.; most handcoloured. Text and maps from the last quarter of the 18th century. Binding shabby and rubbed. Contents here and there curious and interesting.
