Several plates with margins protruding from the bookblock (incorrectly folded), therefore a few small marginal tears. Hinges trifle torn in and some wear to spine ends. Good set with 18th-century bookplate of Rob. Franç. Xav. Le Candele to inside of the front boards. The first edition of this guide for Paris appeared in 1684, the plan in our scarce edition is dated 1712. Added: loose vol. 2 of Les curiositéz de Paris (...), 1718, with 11 (folding) engraved views.
