de plus remarquable, par Germain Brice. Septième édition. Paris, F. Fournier, 1717, 3 vols., (48),494; (32),526; (24),456,(6) p., with engraved coat of arms, large folding plan and 35 folding views, contemporary uniform calf, gilt and ribbed back with morocco letterpiece, 12mo (in 8vo size).

Several plates with margins protruding from the bookblock (incorrectly folded), therefore a few small marginal tears. Hinges trifle torn in and some wear to spine ends. Good set with 18th-century bookplate of Rob. Franç. Xav. Le Candele to inside of the front boards. The first edition of this guide for Paris appeared in 1684, the plan in our scarce edition is dated 1712. Added: loose vol. 2 of Les curiositéz de Paris (...), 1718, with 11 (folding) engraved views. (total 2 in 4 vols.)
