The final 20 pages contains the fictitious rhyming "translation" by Laudivius Zacchia (born in 1435 at Vezzano), of the letters to regional rulers by the Osman ruler Mehmet II (1451-1481). This incredibly popular work was first published in 1473, after which it was reprinted numerous times and translated into various languages.
