Lacks a small portion of blank lower left corner; vertical folds; numbered 6 in pen in lower blank margin and a few smaller defects. Light yellow stain in upper right corner; vertical folds; numbered 5 in pen in lower blank margin; corners w. traces of former mounting (sl. thin).
