Takehisa Kosugi

Cigarette, signed by the Japanese composer and Fluxus artist Kosugi in 1974, during Deelstra's Fluxus Japan research visit. 8 x 0.6 cm. Small tear, some loose tobacco. + Blue announcement card (discoloured, browning) for Kosugi's performance Music Expanded. Galerie Block, Berlin 1967.

+ Two cards by Gallery Mato Grosso, Tokyo, 1974. One announcing a performance by Kosugi's Taj Mahal Travellers with a hand drawn map to the location (next to a fish store). Probably directions made for Deelstra. + Business card signed The Taj Mahal Travellers in blue felt tip. + Letter and postcard to Deelstra in September 1972. + Four small white event cards in an envelope marked Kosugi. Contains Ear Drum Event, Anima 1, Malika 5 and a mysterious card with handwritten text Nicht Deventer Pool. The text may be linked to Kosugi's visit to the Netherlands in October 1972.
