[Amsterdam School] Tapestry of woven Utrecht velvet,

147 x 86 cm. (excluding tassels on one end), with beautiful woven art deco motif in shades of brown.

Tapestry sl. worn along edges and with thumbtack holes to top edge; decoration with superficial wear. Nevertheless an attractive item with powerful Amsterdam School design. Designer unknown, but reminiscent of Jaap Gidding, Leo Schellens or Wim Retera.
