Small tears repaired with tape and vague folds. Fine drawing of an unidentified building, in an area with old Dutch buildings (Amsterdam?) and a city bus c. 1930. The building is reminiscent of the pre-war Rotterdam Bijenkorf building by Dudok, but also of the building "De Volharding" in The Hague by Jan Buijs. Added: fine interior drawing in gouache/ watercolour, 30.5 x 39 cm., from roughly the same period. (total 2)
