Avec six gravures de Pablo Picasso. Paris, R.-J. Godet, 1943, printed in 534 numbered copies (this is no. 69, one of 500 copies on Lafuma), unpaginated, with 6 plates after Picasso, original wrapper, 4to.

The soiled and sl. tanned wrapper lacks a large part of the paper across the spine and is torn on the folds of the flaps. With lovely dedication in pen by Georges Hugnet to the half title: "À ma petite Joëlle en souvenir de tant de chansons en lui souhaitant pour ses seize ans d'être aimée comme la chèvre-feuille un jour - bientôt demain si possible. Avec toute la tendresse passée et présente de Georges-Bleu. G.H. 4/2/1945." Also with pencil drawing by Hugnet in the margin of the second poem (with the name Joelle in the same handwriting and the dedication). And with 1 more on Picasso. (total 2)
