With signed dedication by the author on the half title: "Au Dr. Jean Lhermitte En témoignage de reconnaissante amitié [signed] Décembre 1922". Jean Lhermitte (1877-1959), French neurologist and neuropsychiatrist. Loosely inlaid an invoice of bookseller Gérard Oberlé from 1983, which mentions the book with a price of 2200 francs.
