Three profusely illustrated programmes, each (36) p., the general pages, the advertisements, a loosely inserted flyer and the wrapper after Bilibin all exactly the same, but issues otherwise differing in the central double-page programmes, the analysis of the opera, the mounted plates after Korovine and Bilibin and one printed page with illustrations after Korovine and Tchezo-Potocka, original stapled wrapper, folio.
The wrapper of 2 copies sl. tanned/ foxed and some wear to spine. Very rarely offered as a set, we traced other titles from the series, but the total number of titles remains unknown to us. Deluxe, profusely illustrated programmes for the operas Prince Igor (music by Borodin, with a pasted change in the names of both lead roles), Tsar Saltan (music by Rimsky-Korsakov) and Snegourotschka (also with music by Rimsky-Korsakov).
