Unlikely find, as the voyage of these two men was documented in the article "'Post'jagers te voet naar Indië" by Frans van Schoonderwalt in the Dutch Volkskrant newspaper, 29 July 2000. Photos taken at Bex, Simplon, Iselle, Rapallo, Florence, Rome, Capri, Brindisi, Beirut, Cyprus, Baghdad, Teheran (Shah's birthday), Bombay, Benares, Calcutta, Rangoon, Moulmein etc.; (3) "Jeugd-fietstocht met de N.R.V. (...) 27 juli t/m 3 aug. '40". Photo album with 54 mounted photos, size 6 x 8.5 (16x) and 3 x 4 cm. (remainder), with title and dated captions in white pen, small-size photos all signed ("Carel"?) in pencil, cordbound clothbacked boards, oblong, 10 x 15 cm. (cardboard sl. worn).
