Complete with 6 atlas leaves and 6 armorial leaves, double page, e.g. with the arms of Melchior Gerard van Rietveld, Dijkgraaf and mayor of Gouda (1650?-1700) and Jeremias Hoola, secretary (1665-after 1700). First (?) edition of this composite map in atlas-form. The inclusion of the Dijkgraaf van Rietveld indicates an early edition. 8 editions are known. Binding and endpapers renewed. Various leaves trimmed short, one leaf lacks corner outside map. Spine partly damaged, else in very good condition.
