George Maciunas, Excreta Fluxorum, 1973. Clear plastic box with offset labels, containing compartments with faeces of various origins. 11.9 x 10 x 2.6 cm. Cover label has browning at the glued-spots. Slight chip off the clear plastic corner of the lid (less than 1 cm, chips saved and added into the box). + Geoff Hendricks, Flux Reliquary, c. 1970. Clear plastic box with offset labels containing pseudo-religious relics or 'holy shit from the diners of the last supper'.
Includes compartments with fingernails, a pill capsule, sweat and dried excrement among others. 12 x 10 x 2.5 cm. + Shigeko Kubota, Flux Medicine, c. 1966. Plastic box with offset label, containing objects in various media. 10 x 12 x 2.5 cm. + John Chick, Flux Food, 1969. 9 x 12 x 2.7 cm. The work is advertised in a March 1969 Fluxus newsletter as containing 'forest found objects or synthetic food-like objects'. Identified in this box are pine needles, a kind of fungus and tree bark.
