Leaf A2 with restored lower corner, emblems 97 and 98 with similar marginal restorations; else a sl. thumbed/ soiled and occ. marginally waterstained copy. With engraved bookplate of and by Jules Réaux with motto "Scavant ne puis, chercheur je suis". The French translation of Nucleus Emblematus Selectissimorum (Arnhem, 1611). Very rare, extremely rare with handcolouring.
