Portrait photo on cardboard holder, 19.5 x 13 cm., signed "Wilhelmina 1890-1898" in pen, in heavy silver frame with golden crown and monogram upper left, outer size 25 x 18 cm.

Possibly a serial-produced gift presented to relations: the photo has been numbered in red pen on reverse. The silver frame was originally clad with purple velvet on the back, now almost entirely lacking. Frame marked on bottom with mark in the shape of a head facing right inside a hexagon and with letters GAS, the mark of Georg Anton Scheid of Vienna. The golden crown is marked on each part, probably Dutch.
