First quire tender. Good copy with bookplate of Dr. R. Rickaert to inside of front board. This copy contains an extra map: Brabant and Limburg (contemporaneously added in pen to both indices), Very rare, original edition; PiCarta lists only one copy (VU), else only copies of the "Nieuwe zak-atlas" (Koeman lists that edition as Maa 1).
