Accompanied by a monograph on Günther Uecker by Willoughby Sharp. It seems that the circulation of 2000 copies of the multiple has been only partially realized. + Added is a letter by Sharp to Deelstra announcing the Uecker monograph which 'comes in a plexiglas box with a nail relief by Uecker on wood.
