Amsterdam, Cornelis Danckerts, [1710-1717]. Small 4to, vellum, blindstamping, title on spine in ms., copper engraving with illustrated title (in later colouring). 55 copper engravings with the arms of European monarchs (several of which coloured), abbotts and bishops. The arms of the monarchs with caption and an additional 14 French arms without caption. Blank leaves between all copper engravings. Vellum binding with a few foxed spots on the bottom. Else a very fine copy.

Rare series of altogether 70 copper engravings (incl. frontispiece) from the early 18th century (before 1717). The copy of the University Library Amsterdam with only the first 55 arms.
