.900 gold, weight 13 grams, obverse with portrait of the Russian emperor Nikolai II surrounded by cyrillic text, reverse with crowned coat-of-arms with two-headed eagle and the cyrillic text translating as "Ten rubles 1903 year", the coin is set in a gold frame to function has a hanger, with attached gold eye.
