Amst., Elzevier, 1663, (8),328,(16) pp., title in red and black and w. woodcut printer's mark, 18th cent. vellum over wooden sides, w. 2 clasps and catches, sm. 8vo. Very good copy, w. owner's entry dated 1670 on title-p. Cf. Willems 1301, giving as size sm. 12mo and pagination (12),362,(20) p.; Dekkers p. 140-141, no. 2.
