Boards sl. rubbed with corners a bit bumped, partly with some fox./brown, lacking the last 24 pp. Very rare. Swaim's Panacea was a patented medicine sold between ca. 1820-1920, and was supposed to be a cure for syphillis, sores, mercurial disease and many other ailments.
