Sl. worn on folding lines, reinforced on verso. *Lilly Dolgorouky (1850–1897) was called the "Sarah Bernhard of the violin" and was the private violinist of Catherine the Great of Russia. This very early Friedländer poster shows her performing at the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1867, the 4th World's Fair.
