Edges sl. foxed. Good copy, with owner's entry of reviewer Kenneth M. Chanko (dated 1983) on halftitle. Incl. loosely inserted leaf asserting that this is a review copy from Random House, and a special reader's edition. The title of the work on the slip is in typescript, the publication date is set on March 1983 ("no review should appear before publication date"). The book itself with printed annotation on backwrapper: "This is an advance reading copy of uncorrected proofs. The regular edition, coming in March, will be hardbound."
