Marten Toonder. Curiosa

Presentation folder for staff members and a selected group of invitees on the full-length Tom Poes cartoon, 1980. Envelope containing a photo of Rob Houwer, Marten Toonder, three copied sheets depicting Tom Poes en Bommel, a single sheet 'Rob Houwer presenteert: Nederlands eerste avondvullende tekenfilm Heer Bommel en Tom Poes van Marten Toonder' and the invitation to the event. This copy of the envelope with hand-drawn Tom Poes sketches by Toonder cartoonist Bjorn Jensen, presumably drawn during the presentation itself.

Added: Baby's Wonderwereld with Bommelflacon in orig. box, Mepros, 1952 + Wall lamp. Publ. unknown, c. 1963. 26 x 17 cm. Depicting Tom Puss and Sir Oliver on transparent foreground with mountainous landscape + 6 cut out stories from OVN, 1945-46. Incomplete runs except 'En de wondersleutel/Geest in de fles' complete in 21 strips + 2 rare small billboards for the Amro wenskaarten, 1974 -and 9 more magazines, calendars etc.
