Paul Hagemans (1884-1959) 4 etchings ca. 1915: (1) "Pandant la guerre...1915"

Drypoint etching, 15 x 34.5 cm, signed and dated 1915 in pencil and also signed and dated "H. Pury [?] 1915" in pencil below the image, printed on yellowish paper.

The signature H. Pury is in the same hand as that of Hagemans, probably his pseudonym. It could also indicate a place, not traced by us. A few marginal defects such as sm. tears; 2) Idem. "Doit on payer son terme?... " Drypoint etching and aquatint, 18 x 11 cm, signed and dated like the preceding (also "H. Pury" [?] who also signed and dated the etching 1915 in the plate). And 2 others, similar, a fine set of 4 very skillfully executed, very (if not extremely) rare etchings (total 4).
