No. 1. Rijksmuseum te Amsterdam
Printed in Haarlem by Emrik & Binger for Vinkenbos en Dewald in The Hague, (1900), 12 hélio-engr. ills., within 2 different art-nouveau borders, printed on handmade laid paper, threadbound in finely illustrated perkaline wrappers, 4to size.
Binding thread and contents loose. Wrappers split on spine and sm. portion of 1 corner lacking. Frontwr. w. old owner's entry in upper margin and w. ticket of the bookseller A. van Hoogstraten & Zoon (the Hague) on the inside. Extremely rare tourist's brochure executed in a very fine art-nouveau style, only 1 copy in PiCarta (Rijksmuseum). PiCarta also lists another issue of the series on the Mauritshuis in The Hague, it is almost certain that these two publications are all that was published in these series.
