Lacks the divisional title of the "Eerste bouck" (that could have been dated 1659 or 1660); partly waterst.; a few quires misbound. Vellum wrinkled and a bit stained/ rubbed. Pages 487-500 comprise Huygens' "Van rekeningh in spelen van geluck", probably in first edition (p. 487-488 w. Huygens' dedication to Van Schooten, dated 27 april 1657). Pages (501) to 544 comprise the Tractaet der perspective (...) with its own title-p. dated 1660 and with the address of Severin Matthysz. at the end. Rare, hardly ever offered for sale.
