Collection of social criticism by the Bay Area Pro-Situs who helped found the Situationist Movement in the USA and often published together. (1) Includes 9 pamphlets, (2) an artists' book and (3) a broadside 'Notice concerning the reigning society and those who contest it', 1974, 64 x 24.5 cm folded once. Publications by both authors: (4) Implications 1, 1975; (5) Skirmishes with an Untimely Man: a Critique of Diversion, 1975.

Publications by Cronin: Jealousy. The Heart Has Reasons Reason Must Understand, 1977; Call it sleep: a videotape. Script for a short film based on Situationist theory, 1983; The Dictionary of Unhappiness, by Cronin and Tyler Spangler, 2015. Slight bend on spine else fine + 2 more. Publications by Shutes: Phenomenology of the subjective aspect of practical-critical activity, 1974; On the Poverty of Berkeley Life and the Marginal Stratum of American Society in General, 1983; Two Local Chapters in the Spectacle of Decomposition, 1979. The book presents an analysis of Jim Jones' Peoples Temple from a Situationist perspective. Added are 2 large posters which feature excerpts from this book. Each 64 x 48 cm, printed dark brown on beige thick paper, folded 3 times. Very rare copies. (total 13)
