Zagreb, Galerija suvremene umjetnosti, 1965/1970/1973. Three catalogues of the significant exhibition series Nova Tendencija organized in Zagreb, former Yugoslavia. Five shows took place from 1961 to 1973. Nouvelle Tendance (New Tendency) was an art movement founded in Yugoslavia in 1961, but soon became international in scope. Distinct groups of artists who became associated with Nouvelle Tendance included GRAV, Gruppo T, Gruppo N, and Zero. Softcover catalogues, 20 x 21 cm, b/w ills. Texts in Serbo-Croation and English with some French, Italian, German and Russian.

Included in this lot: (1) Nova Tendencija 3, 1965. First edition, 180 pp. Featuring Gerstner, Morellet, Munari, De Vries, Rot, Peeters, Ricerca Cibernetica Gruppo, Equipo 57 and others. Slight rubbing on black cover, else very good. (2) Tendencije 4 / Tendencies 4, 1970. First edition. Presents the fourth international meeting, a year-long event treating the new topic of computers in the domain of art. Moderate toning on cover, else very good. (3) Tendencije 5 / Tendencies 5, 1973. Explores constructive visual research, computer visual research and conceptual art. Texts by Radoslav Putar, Nena Dimitrijevi? et al, 137 pp. Pages loose in binding, else very good. (total 3)
