Cologne, Walther König/Hauser & Wirth, 2003. Ca. 43 x 26.5 cm. Handmade cover out of red carpet containing inserts of various papers and sizes. Edition of 500 copies. First run 25-10-02, signed by both artists in the colophon.

The artists' book is a collaboration between Paul McCarthy (1945-) and Jason Rhoades (1965-2006) made in conjunction with the 2002 exhibition 'Shit Plug' at Galerie Hauser & Wirth in Zurich.This copy has some wear, the back side of the carpet has a tear along the glued paper on the inside of the cover (not noticeable on the outside), and some creasing on the extremities of paper parts sticking out of the irregular book construction.
