Apollohuis, Eindhoven

Large lot of ca. 400 invitation cards by the illustrious space for experimental music and visual arts, founded in 1980 by Remko Scha and Paul Panhuysen in a former cigar factory. Between 1980 and 2001, Apollohuis organized 253 art exhibitions, 476 concerts and performances, 46 public lectures, symposia and several festivals.

Among the artists and performers were Ellen Fullman, Glenn Branca, Michel Waisvisz, Pauline Oliveros, Pierre Bastien, Nicolas Collins, Maciunas Ensemble, David Medalla, Richard Nonas, Guillaume Bijl, Luc Deleu, Phil Niblock, Jeffrey Shaw. The cards in this set are mostly from the period 1982 -1995. (total ca. 400)
