Sl. yellowed, backwr. lacks tiny portion of lower inner corner; w. vertical fold. W. annotation in pen dated "27-10-23" in upper left corner of the title-p. Very rare orig. prospectus. The complete title reads: "Vient de paraître [image of the book]. Ce livre est implacable. Il ne ressemble à aucun autre". Indeed, the book (first ed. 1923) became a milestone in the development of modern architecture.
