Christo, Cologne Cathedral Packed, 1969-1970

Heidelberg, Edition Staeck, 1969. Multiple, copper coloured souvenir model of the cathedral in Cologne, 11 x 9 x 3.5 cm, in transparent plastic bag tied with a rope, 26 x 20 x 3.5 cm. Signed and numbered 17/200 on pink label on bottom.

This copy is presented in a plexiglass box, 31 x 25 x 9 cm. Tiny rip in the label, else in very good condition. According to Schellmann, Christ prints and objects cat. raisonné (p. 46) only 20 copies were actually produced.
