Purple/pink silk-tissue paper with rubberstamp and lemon spot, 37 x 30 cm. Rubberstamped 'BROUWN lemonspot' at the top. Produced by the artist for the portfolio 'Figur 1' by Galerie Patio in Frankfurt in a limited edition of 100 of which 30 were handsigned artists' proofs. This is one of the 30 signed copies, signed in pen in lower right corner. In mint state.

Lemonspot can be considered as integral part of Brouwn's work similar to productions like the footstep imprints of pedestrians from the same period, the early 60s. Rare, one copy in Kröller Muller Museum Otterlo The Netherlands.
