Letter concerning the regulation of the emigration for Mr. Adams, state secretary of the United States at Washington.
*In this letter Prussian statesman and reformer von Hardenberg writes on receiving a mémoire regarding the reports of the Netherlands to the German confederation. He approves the mémoire, and expects a good reception after the "diète" (parliamentary meeting).
