Ruth Wolf-Rehfeldt (1932) is a German artist associated with visual poetry and mail art, particularly known for het ‘typewritings' produced between the 1970s and 1980s. Living in the strict surveillance in the former German Democratic Republic, mail art allowed for communication with an international network.
