Contemp. handcol. etched full-length portrait, 27 x 17 cm, first half 17th cent. (?) Sl. foxed, occas. sm. stains, sm. repaired tear in lower margin, pieces of tape from former mount at upper corners verso. Most likely depicts Assaf Harofeh, "the Jewish Hippocrates". (2) "La dedicace de la synagogue des Juifs Portugais, à Amsterdam". Engr. interior view, 32 x 41 cm, by B. Picart, 1721. From A. Moubach, Naaukeurige beschryving der uitwendige godtsdienst-plichten, The Hague, 1727-38. Minor marginal imperfections. -and 1 other 18th cent. engr. ("gemaskerd bal, by gelegenheid van het Joodsche Purim-feest").
