Anonymous. 'Portrait of a dressed dog'

Oil on porcelain, 10 x 7.5 cm (oval), in a partly gilt frame. Most likely 20th cent. (?) A curious portrait in the style of Dutch 17th cent. portraits, the dog wearing a black robe w. a broad white collar and a necklace w. a large jewel.

The porcelain plaque fixed to the frame w. duct tape.
