Their initial technical report was made possible by the Commonwealth Fund and presented during "Construction et Humanisme" (Cannes, 1970). This iteration of the report was prepared and revised "to express more recent thoughts and further analyses on the increasingly urgent development of a new settlement system" (Puerto Rico, 1970).
