Sl. fr. along the outer edges. The Comedian Harmonists were one of the most successful all-male musical groups of pre-war Europe, performing between 1928 and 1934. The group was forced to disband during the rise of Nazism in the 1930s as three of its members were Jewish or of Jewish descent.
