One original piece and two posters related to Plessi's Aqua Liquida series. Includes: (1) Print on canvas, 70 x 50.5 cm, with hand-added measurements, dedicated 'Level for Michael', signed and dated '75 in lower corner. Metal hanging rings in corners. In very good state. (2) Announcement poster for Plessi's exhibition 'Water Kunst' at ICC Antwerp in 1975, 59.5 x 42 cm. (3) Offset poster, 60 x 42 cm, featuring the same image as the ICC poster. Fine copies, from the collection of British-Israeli artist Michael Druks.
Since 1968, water has been a principal motif in Plessi's installations, films, videotapes and performance art. In 1970 he designed a huge sponge to be placed in the lagoon near Venice, intended to protect the city from flooding.
