Cologne, Museum Ludwig, 1994. Comprises a black leporello with gold offset printed text (25 x 64.5 cm), housed in a large black envelope, and a small black card (5 x 8 cm) with offset printed gold text reading 'THEPERFECTSMILE', housed in a small black envelope (11 x 8 cm).

Produced in an edition of 300 for the members of the Gesellschaft für Moderne Kunst am Museum Ludwig, on the occasion of the Wolfgang Hahn Award presented to James Lee Byars on 8 November 1994. In very good condition.
